CASE CAPTION: Lisa Brescher v. News Corporation Ltd., Fox Entertainment Group Inc., Fox Sports Digital Nets Inc., Tom Arnold and John Sally; L. A. Superior Court # BC294806.

CAUSES OF ACTION: Sexual harassment, retaliation, sexual assault and battery, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS: Arnold is a producer on 'The Best Damn Sports Show;' Sally is an on-air personality. Brescher worked as a hairstylist on the show. From her first day of work in August 2001, plaintiff was subjected to unrestrained sexual harassment. Sally was particularly egregious in, among other things, pawing her and grabbing the plaintiff's buttocks. Other male on-air personalities leered and made suggestive comments to plaintiff. Other female employees contributed to the environment. Fox took no action, even though the harassment was reported. The plaintiff was subjected to retaliation by co-workers after she filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
