CHP Consulting Ltd. of London, a leading provider of enterprise management software and consulting services to the global lease finance industry, has announced that its ALFA lease transaction platform is now available to North American lessors. The software platform features a unique integrated front- and back-office capability, which improves the efficiency of the lease finance process. The company separately announced the North American release of its next-generation, Web-enabled ALFA Fleet Services module.

The CIT Group Inc. of Livingston, NJ, has named Shawn Arnone as senior vice president of sales for Major Vendor Finance. In this newly created position, he will assume responsibility for major vendor program development and identifying portfolio acquisitions. Arnone comes to CIT with 15 years of experience, including 8 years in the equipment finance industry where he was most recently vice president, Global Business Development, for Key Equipment Finance. CIT Major Vendor Finance is a business unit within Specialty Finance offering worldwide vendor financing.
