Frost Brown Todd LLC has announced the arrival of Scott H. Hankins to its Cincinnati office. Hankins has joined the firm as counsel in the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Department.

Phillips Lytle LLP continues to grow its New York City office with the addition of Keith M. Brandofino as an associate. Brandofino will focus his practice in banking and commercial litigation, including business disputes, complex real estate matters, foreclosures, restructuring of credit facilities, and creditors' rights issues.

The Southern California law firm of Hart, King & Coldren has announced the addition of its newest associates, Beau M. Chung and Kathy Watte Nichols. Chung is a litigation associate. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a law firm in the City of Orange where he specialized in business torts, premises liability, breach of contract, and environmental claims. His practice at Hart, King & Coldren will concentrate on business and real property litigation. Nichols specializes in real estate law and business litigation.

Texas law firm Winstead PC is welcoming Claude B. Anello, Harry B. Dollar, and Nathan Block to the firm's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group in Houston. Anello comes to Winstead as an income shareholder, while Dollar and Block join the firm as associates. Anello's experience includes representation of the wireless telecommunications, automotive, health care, and lending industries in a variety of real estate and asset-based lending transactions.
