GlaxoSmithKline (Philadelphia): Sidley Austin partner Dan Troy joins pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline as senior vice president and general counsel in the London-based company's Philadelphia office. While at Sidley Austin, Troy was a partner in the firm's life sciences practice and appellate litigation groups, advising pharmaceutical companies and trade associations on FDA and other regulatory matters. Troy is also former chief counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Parker McCay (Marlton, NJ): Parker McCay has promoted counsel Lora Foley to partner. Foley concentrates on medical malpractice, insurance defense and commercial litigation.
