Drinker Biddle & Reath (Philadelphia): George H. Kendall and Audrey A. Hale have joined the firm's health law practice group as partners in the Florham Park, NJ, office. Kendall and Hale will focus on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Previously, Kendall and Hale were partners at McCarter & English of Newark, NJ.

Zumpano Patricios & Winker (Coral Gables, FL): Elizabeth Perez joins the firm's criminal law and health law departments as partner in the Miami office. Perez will focus on health care fraud, mortgage fraud, racketeering, and other state and federal crimes. Previously, Perez was an associate at Shutts & Bowen of Miami.

Greenberg Traurig (Houston): Robert Bell has joined the firm in Houston. Bell, who was formerly with Sheehy, Serpe, & Ware, focuses his practice on on health-care, commercial and complex litigation.

Ruskin Moscou Faltischek (New York): Alexander G. Bateman Jr., a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek and co-chair of the firm's health law department and white collar crime and investigations practice, has been appointed chair of the New York State Bar Association's Health Section Committee on Physicians and Licensed Health Care Professionals.
