Greenberg Traurig (New York): Health law specialist Francis J. Serbaroli has left Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft to join Greenberg Traurig as a partner. Serbaroli represents health insurance companies, hospitals, nursing homes, home care providers and clinical laboratories.

McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore (Austin, TX): Rachael Padgett has joined the firm as an associate. Padgett practices health and employment law.

Jackson Walker (San Antonio, TX): The firm has added 17 new associates, one of whom is Lisa Miller, whose practice is focused on transactions and health care.

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough (Atlanta): Lucas A. Westby has joined the firm's pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and product liability practice groups as an associate. Westby, who will work in the firm's Atlanta office, earned his J.D. in 2008 from Georgetown University Law Center.
