Stark & Stark (Newtown, PA): Joseph A. Cullen Jr. has joined the firm's Newtown, PA, office as a shareholder and member of the firm's accident and personal injury group. He concentrates his practice in the representation of plaintiffs in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Colson Hicks Eidson (Coral Gables, FL): Julie Braman Kane, a partner at Colson Hicks Eidson, has been elected president of the Miami-Dade chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Kane will serve as president until 2010. She focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, class actions and commercial litigation.

Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell (Los Angeles): Denise E. Hanna, a partner in the firm's corporate department and health care and technology transactions practice groups in the Los Angeles office, has been elected chairwoman of the National Bar Association's health law section. Hanna will serve a two-year term.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton (Los Angeles): Kenneth Yood has joined the firm as a partner in the Los Angeles/Century City office. Yood, who was previously with Fulbright & Jaworski, is a member of the health care team and the corporate practice group. He received his J.D. from University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1989.

Much Shelist (Chicago): Robert K. Neiman has joined the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice group as partner. Neiman will focus on health care regulatory counseling and litigation. Previously, Neiman was a partner at Reed Smith.

Hancock & Estabrook (Syracuse, NY): Andrea Godfread-Brown has joined the firm's immigration, labor and employment and health care practice groups as of counsel. Previously, Godfread-Brown was associate director of the International Center at Syracuse University.

Duane Morris (Philadelphia): William L. Weiner has joined the firm's health law and corporate practice groups as a partner in the Princeton, NJ, office. Weiner will focus on commercial transactions and health care. Previously, Weiner was a partner at Fox Rothschild.

Archer & Greiner (Princeton, NJ): William P. Isele, of counsel in the Princeton, NJ, office of Archer & Greiner, has been selected to serve on the board of trustees of the Princeton Senior Resource Center, a nonprofit that provides programs and services to promote healthy aging for older adults in the Princeton area. Isele concentrates his practice on elder, disability and health care law.

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips (Washington, DC): The firm has picked up three Washington-based professionals from Epstein Becker & Green for its health care practice and its policy and business advisory unit, Manatt Health Solutions. They will provide advisory services on health policy and third-party insurance coverage. Ted Mannen has joined as a partner. He earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Paul Campbell, who earned an M.S. in biostatistics and accounting from Georgetown University, is a managing director. Annemarie Wouters has joined as a senior adviser. She earned a Ph.D. in health economics from Boston University.

Nixon Peabody (New York and Boston): Paulette Morgan has joined the firm as counsel in its global business and transactions practice. Morgan, who was previously a senior-level corporate lawyer at pharmaceuticals giant Pfizer Inc., will work with life sciences companies and divide her time between the firm's Boston and New York offices.
