Frost Brown Todd announces that 30 of its attorneys have been named Kentucky Super Lawyers' for 2009. According to Super Lawyers, the attorneys chosen for the list have attained a high degree of peer recognition, as well as professional achievement. The following attorneys in the Louisville office have been chosen in the area of Real Estate: Timothy W. Martin, Marshall P. Eldred, Jr., Dale E. Ahearn and L. Jude Clark, Jr.

Winstead PC, a Texas firm, announces the formation of a new real estate subgroup, the Leasing and Asset Management Industry Group. This newly formed team of attorneys is focused on helping businesses seeking to reduce their costs by downsizing facility space, adjusting rentals and/or modifying lease structures; whether landlord or tenant, and regardless of the type of property involved.

Best Lawyers has named Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP's Arthur M. Greenbaum as the “New Jersey Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” for 2009.
