Dinicola, Seligson & Upton (Boston): Damon Seligson has joined the firm as partner and will focus his practice on commercial and real estate litigation, land use and medical malpractice. Previously, Seligson was a partner at Holland & Knight.
White & Williams (Pittsburgh): The firm has added two new associates to the litigation department, Katie G. Horigan and Shannon Voll Poliziani. Horigan concentrates her practice in the defense of professional malpractice claims, handling both trial and appellate matters for physicians, hospitals and professional liability insurance carriers. Poliziani concentrates her practice in the defense of professional liability/medical malpractice claims, representing physicians, hospitals and other health care personnel.
