Parlen joined O'Melveny in 2007.
Atara Miller has been elected to partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Ms. Miller's practice focuses on federal and state court litigation of complex commercial matters, including the defense of individual lenders and lender groups against fraudulent transfer claims. In addition, she has prosecuted fraudulent misrepresentation claims on behalf of secured lenders.

Silverberg's engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries, including automotive, food, manufacturing, real estate, lending, technology and telecommunications.
