Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that Christopher J. Moran has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office.

Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Moran was managing shareholder at the Philadelphia office of Ogletree Deakins, a national labor and employment law firm.

Neil Deutsch and Bruce L. Atkins, founding partners of the Hackensack, NJ-based law firm Deutsch Atkins, P.C., have been recognized as Super Lawyers, which is published in the April 2012 issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine. Mr. Deutsch and Mr. Atkins were both selected as Super Lawyers for 2012. Atkins, who has been practicing law since 1977, was recognized for the eighth consecutive year for plaintiff employment litigation. Deutsch, who has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney in both private and corporate practice, was recognized for the seventh year out of the past eight in employment and labor practice.

Samuel Estreicher has moved over to Paul Hastings' labor and employment and appellate practice groups in New York as of counsel. Mr. Estreicher was formerly at Jones Day. Estreicher is the Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, director of the law school's Center for Labor and Employment Law and co-director of the Opperman Institute of Judicial Administration. In addition, he is the American Law Institute's Chief Reporter for the Restatement (Third) of Employment Law.
