George Socha, the e-discovery pioneer and founder of Socha Consulting, will be joining BDO Consulting as managing director in BDO's Forensic Technology Services practice. Socha, who developed the e-discovery reference model and helped found the EDRM organization, said that he had been looking for a position with an established company for a while. In particular, the retirement of fellow EDRM co-founder Tom Gelbmann, as well as the machinations of the current e-discovery market, were major reasons behind the switch.
