Foreclosure Sale Purchaser Has Standing to Bring Strict Foreclosure Proceeding

In a strict foreclosure action brought by purchaser at a foreclosure sale, junior mortgagee appealed from Supreme Court's grant of summary judgment to the foreclosure sale purchaser. The Appellate Division affirmed, holding that the purchaser had standing, that the statute of limitations had not run, and that the junior mortgagee was not a bona fide purchaser.
