Citrin Cooperman has announced that Raymond J. (R.J.) Dragon, MBA, MS, ASA, CFFA, has joined the firm as a principal in the Valuation & Forensic Services group. He will be based in the firm's Springfield, NJ office. Dragon has expertise in family law and shareholder/partner disputes, as well as valuations, estate and gift planning, purchase price allocations and bankruptcy. Additionally, he has measured business damages and is an experienced, testifying expert witness. In addition to his business valuation and forensic background, Dragon brings with him experience in serving as an executive in international investment banking where he worked on corporate finance, M&A, and private equity assignments. Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Dragon was most recently with RotenbergMeril, a Saddle Brook, NJ-based accounting firm. Dragon has the distinction of being an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation through the American Society of Appraisers, and is a Certified Forensic Analyst specializing in forensic accounting.
