The two consulting firms will remain independent entities, but will work side by side on selected client matters to provide solutions that fully integrate Altman Weil's strategic advisory services with LegalBizDev's tactical expertise.

Boston-based LegalBizDev helps law firms enhance client satisfaction and increase profitability by improving project management and business development. Since 1985, the company has offered training, coaching, webinars, workshops, retreats, train the trainer programs, publications, and more.
Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP have announced the merger of the two firms, effective June 1, 2013. The name of the combined firm will be Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP.
Holtz Rubenstein Reminick, a New York accounting firm with offices in Manhattan and on Long Island, will be the platform for Baker Tilly's New York practice and further expands the firm's presence on the East Coast.
Baker Tilly's Executive Managing Partner Ed Offterdinger will expand his role and lead the integration of the two firms.

Goldberg, Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP (“GLW”) is celebrating its one-year anniversary, as well as its rapid expansion from three to 25 attorneys. GLW has also added technical consultants and other professionals, as well as satellite offices in Palo Alto and San Diego.
The three founding partners (all former Irell & Manella LLP attorneys) ' Perry Goldberg, Nathan Lowenstein and Kenneth Weatherwax ' along with many of the attorneys who joined GLW, spent the bulk of their careers immersed in “bet the company” patent and intellectual property litigation matters.
