Q: Let's start with the obvious — COVID-19. All industries have been impacted by the pandemic. What notable changes have you seen in legal marketing?

A: The most notable change has been just that — change. Experts say it's not change itself that people fear, but rather the process of change. I couldn't agree more. And what the pandemic did across all sectors was force change upon us. We didn't have time to painstakingly debate, analyze, and second guess various decisions. We had to act and learn quickly — and adapt as best we could.
